How long is battery life?
Battery life is 18months, it will be different depends on environment (temperature, humidity, usage) and battery quality.
Owner, Master, User key can’t be registered with two beep. How can I do that?
Cause : Two beeps mean ‘No registered sound’, all keys isn’t match with the registered keys.
Solution : If you don’t have the registered keys, you have to reset and re-register all keys. Contact Unilock.
No reaction by touching owner, master, user key. How can I resolve it?
Cause : The battery might be out.
Solution : Try to change the battery, if it is not work, please contact Unilock.
Master can’t work properly. How can I resolve it?
Cause : The Master key might be deleted or not registered.
Solution : Try to register the master key with Owner key. If it can’t be worked, please contact Unilock.
In case lost the owner key, how can I resolve it?
If you don’t have the Owner key, when you lost master key & user key, you can register both keys. Thus, you need to create the owner key. Please contact Unilock.
In case lost the master key, how I can resolve it?
You can register the Master key with Owner key.
Only the Master key is working and not User key. How can I resolve it? (Case 1)
Case 1 : When you touch user key, beep 2times.
Cause : User key might be deleted or no registration. You must register user key with Master key.
Solution : Register User key with Master key. Touch Master key and then touch other key, it will be registered as user key.
Only the Master key is working and not User key. How can I resolve it? (Case 2)
Case 2 : When you touch user key, there’s no reaction.
Cause : Use key might have problem.
Solution : Register as user key with other key. Touch Master key, and touch other key which use as user key.
Only the Master key is working and not User key. How can I resolve it? (Case 3)
Case 3 : In case of beep 3times on user key registration.
Cause : Key registration error
